Refund policy
Balloon Bloom will take all the precautions to ensure your order is delivered in good condition. Balloon Bloom will not be liable for any loss or damage once it has been delivered or picked up.
Refunds are possible in the following cases:
- For change of mind cancellations, a full refund can be processed with at least 48 hour notice
- If your balloon is damaged during Balloon Bloom's transportation and a replacement can not be given until the delivery time
- Balloon Bloom does not deliver your order on the scheduled day
- Wrong order has been received and a replacement can not be made on the scheduled day
